Ms Murmu’s journey is one of resilience and determination, from breaking barriers as one of the first women on the shopfloor to mentoring others and shaping a more inclusive workplace. Today, as she is recognised for her efforts and contributions, we celebrate her journey of courage, leadership, and hard work.
