
Raipur chhattisgarh VISHESH GAIL (India) Limited has been recognised among the ET Edge Best Organisations for Women 2026 for the second consecutive year, an affirmation of the organisation’s sustained commitment to fostering a workplace that is inclusive, equitable, and empowering.
The recognition was conferred by Ms Aditi Varda Sunil Tatkare, Honourable Minister for Women and Child Development, Government of Maharashtra. The honour was received by Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL, along with Shri Praveer Kumar Srivastava, ED (O&M – WR), GAIL, Ms Gayatri Bilakhia, Manager (HR), GAIL, and Ms Vipassana Gautam, Senior Officer (Marketing-PC), GAIL, reflecting the collective efforts undertaken across the organisation to advance gender inclusivity and workplace excellence.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Gupta underscored the importance of cultivating a work environment where open dialogue is encouraged and diverse perspectives are valued. He emphasised that in such an ecosystem, inclusion evolves beyond policy frameworks to become an intrinsic part of everyday organisational practice.
Appreciating the initiative, he further highlighted that platforms such as ET Edge Best Organisations for Women play a significant role in strengthening this discourse and driving meaningful progress across institutions.
